Supper, Saturday December 3: I don't know why all the pics I took of this meal turned out so bad. Anyhoo. . . mexi-cali chicken (chicken breast strips marinated in Italian dressing and southwest spice mix, enchilada sauce, pepper jack, co-jack, cilantro); arborio rice with enchilada sauce; wilted salad (those other greens see below and some of that dressing, mandarin, cucumber, tomato, avocado).
I brought some stuff from home to our friends with whom we are staying overnight. cilantro, arugula, nasturtium, zen greens all from the greenhouse. They've got cheese, there's some salad dressings, mandarins, some good spice mixes. A little trip to the store. Everybody can at least tolerate chicken so. . .
